339 We must remember that thought, or conscious knowledge, knows no limitation for the well-balanced, unfettered individual; and we must also remember that every action, and every mechanical stress of pressure, is the source of a radiated vibratory wave. An example familiar to us all is the knowledge required by a civil engineer to ascertain the stability of any mass of substance. He must be thoroughly conversant with mathematics, stress analysis, weight loads, pressures, etc. He must know the tensile strength of the materials used, the weights of those materials, and be able to estimate the pressure to be exerted upon the finished structure. He is, of course, dealing with established facts that have been acquired through years of experience and research; and given all the data, he can deduce the stability of any specific construction.

【解説】
　ここでは圧力について、それが放射された振動波に起因すると述べています。一見、振動と圧力とは関係が無いように思ってしまいますが、分子運動論で学んだように、圧力は分子の振動により伝達されることを考えれば、本質を突いた言葉であることが分かります。
　全ての力が、このように微小分子の振動に起因することは波動一般を取り扱うテレパシー領域の範疇になる訳で、後述の３４０の地震のコメントにつながる話題となっています。
　また、同時に建築家が構造物を設計する際に、これら全ての力について考慮する訳ですが、これらの知識を活用すれば自在に建物を建築することが可能だとも説いているのですが、これも後述の地震に関するこれまでの私達の知識に貧弱さとの関連づけて説いているのです。
　このように全ての力や物体を振動の現れと観るところに、宇宙的な洞察があり、世界は活動しているという言葉の源泉になっているのです。
